Legacy Haven LLC is a family-owned residential and community-based provider dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities throughout Northeast Ohio. Our mission is to create a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment where each person can live with dignity, independence, and purpose.

At Legacy Haven, we believe care goes beyond daily support — it’s about building meaningful relationships, fostering personal growth, and helping each individual reach their full potential. We provide services such as Homemaker/Personal Care (HPC), Shared Living, Transportation Services, and Respite Care, all tailored to meet each person’s unique needs and goals.
